Abstract: 中醫常會使用升溫做為治療的方法,升溫主要是藉改變溫度來影響人體器官的技術運用,本論文內容主要在開發具有恆溫及定時控制的「熱療拔罐杯」與具備深層熱療效果的「紅外線拔罐杯」等二個醫療輔具,其設計構思是以傳統中醫的哲學觀為概念,並融合現代的科技為基礎,並具備定時及恆溫控制之功能。
在製作完成的原型醫療輔具,可實際用於進行拔罐,經實驗測試,在設定溫度較低的情況下標準偏差較大,設定溫度較高時標準偏差反而較小;設定溫度分別為30℃、40℃、50℃及60℃的狀況下,相對的標準偏差率分別為5.27%、2.50%、2.66%及0.88%。由結果顯見,本研發創作的醫療輔具在定時及恆溫控制之功能上均能達成原先設計目標;因此,確可作為銀髮族保健與益壽的守護神,亦可提供上班族復健與補氣的護身符,在傳統中醫扮演重要的醫療角色。
Temperature increases are often used in Chinese medicine therapy to influence the organs. A heat therapy cup was developed in this study with temperature control, timer, and deep heat infrared therapy functions. The concept behind these therapeutic aids is traditional Chinese medicine combined with modern technology and the designs include timers and temperature control.
The completed prototypes were used for cupping therapy. After testing, it was found that the standard deviation was greater at a lower initial temperature setting while, at a higher initial temperature setting, the standard deviation was lower. At initial temperature settings of 30°C, 40°C, 50°C, and 60°C, the relative changes in standard deviations were 5.27%, 2.50%, 2.66%, and 0.88%, respectively. The results indicated that the heat therapy cup’s timer and temperature control functions fulfilled the study objectives. Therefore, the cup, which is an important tool in Chinese medicine, can be provided to people of all ages to maintain health, help with rehabilitation, or to boost energy.
