Abstract: 本文提出一個新型順向式彩色功率發光二極體調光驅動電路。使用高頻隔離變壓器,在二次側端並繞三組線圈,線圈輸出端,連接功率電晶體。同步調整順向式隔離轉換器二次側功率開關的導通率,改變紅、綠、藍發光二極體之平均電流比例,降低輸出峰值電流,控制三原色發光二極體的亮度,使色溫調整範圍可達到一般液晶顯示器色溫操作要求。新型順向式彩色發光二極體調光驅動電路,可將隔離變壓器一次側輸入總能量,隨二次側負載發光二極體調光變化,分別提供三組不同功率獨立彩色調光電源,取代傳統三組直流對直流固定電壓轉換器設計,降低總電源功率需求。調光驅動電路採用輸出電感電流回授控制,由於紅、綠、藍功率發光二極體具有不同順向導通電壓與導通電阻,本文提出雙迴路電流控制模式。在切換頻率為40 kH操作下,內環路輸出電感電流控制採用PI控制器,頻寬設計為1 kHz;外環路採用二自由度前饋控制,頻寬設計為400 Hz,降低彩色發光二極體具有不同順向導通電壓影響。發光二極體輸出電流控制響應時間隨設定電流與發光二極體順向輸出阻抗有關。從PSIM模擬中,雙迴路電流控制避免發光二極體啟動電流控制時,容易產生過電流現象而損毀發光二極體。

This paper proposes a new power forward type color light-emitting diode dimming driver circuits. High-frequency isolation transformer, the secondary-side end and around three sets of coils, coil output terminal connected power transistor. Simultaneous adjustment of the forward isolation conduction rate converter secondary side power switch, changing the average current ratio of red, green and blue light-emitting diode, which reduces the output peak current control the brightness of the three primary colors of light-emitting diode, color temperature adjustment range Color LCD display can be achieved general operating requirements. The new forward-type color light-emitting diode dimming driver circuit can be isolated from the primary side of the transformer input total energy, with the secondary-side load dimming light emitting diode changes, which provide three different color dimming independent power supply, replace Traditional three fixed voltage DC to DC converter design, reducing the total electrical power needs. Dimming driver circuit using the output inductor current feedback control, since the red, green and blue power light-emitting diodes with different breakover voltage along with the on-resistance, we propose dual-loop current control mode. At a switching frequency of 40 kH operating under the inner loop output inductor current is controlled by PI controller, bandwidth is designed to 1 kHz; Beltway using two degrees of freedom feedforward control, bandwidth designed for 400 Hz, reduce color LEDs diode conducting voltage along with different effect. Light emitting diode output current control response time varies with the setting current and light-emitting diodes along to the output impedance. From PSIM simulation, double-loop current control to avoid the light emitting diode current control at startup, over-current phenomenon prone to damage a light emitting diode.
